That's not true at all. I like when a guy says those things that's an indicator he's interested. If its every other text I could see it coming across as desperate or not necessarily genuine

I have texted her 'good morning beautiful' I definitely agree that texting those things too much would come across as desperate. So you definitely need to use that stuff in moderation

Oh, my bad. I read the OP as you're trying to "hit it and quit it". I would still hold off on the compliments through texting regardless. Telling her she looks beautiful when meeting to eat dinner is one thing but thorough texts its totally different

The OP meant to say I usually try to hit it and quit it, but for some reason this girl was different. I actually wanted to take her out again and see where things went.
