Someone mentioned 3% of the American population was immune to HIV, but in reality it is about 1.5% - 2% of the worlds population is immune to HIV. The most likely way to transmit HIV is through needle sharing, then anal sex and then vaginal intercourse. The actual statistic of contracting HIV through vaginal sex is quite low however. But when you are going through women very quickly, your chances increase and increase. There are documented cases in southern Africa of HIV being transmitted via food chewing for infants. Obviously in southern Africa they do not have formula, some are to malnourished to produce breast milk, so adults will chew up food for babies and feed it to them. There have been cases of HIV exposure to kids by doing so.
All in all, you just gotta watch yourself. Wear protection. You are lucky that you have something curable, you could have gotten herpes or HPV or HIV. Be smart with the most important tool you got.
