lol. Don't worry. I'm not lucky enough to be referred to as a 23 year old! Matter of fact, my little niece's Wii Fit says I am an overweight 50 year old.

That I have food to eat. Not only enough to live but enough to grow. I take it for granted that people don't have enough to eat as I eat my calorie surplus.

Lol I would be too. I like my M I L but three hours can be hard sometimes. Three months. She's lucky to have a good son in law.

I work out at the local YMCA and every once in awhile they bring in some special needs kids to workout. It humbles me to see them work so hard with their disabilities.

I'm grateful today that my wife and I are getting along pretty good thru this separation and move this week. I'll be grateful if we can still be close while living separate lives on our own after all these years. ...crazy mike

Tough times CM. Seems like I've been to hell and back these past two years with drama after drama after drama. Hang in there buddy. Sometimes it's not easy to see the good things ahead for you but they are there no matter how far off it seems at times.

    Stay strong.

Cool MI and thanks for the support, it helps me to know I have a few friends on here.

I'm grateful that my new place will be 3 miles down the road from the gym and all my doctors are in the mid way point about 2 miles. So I can maybe do a double split routine and go to the gym two times. Like chest in the am and biceps and abs in the pm, or just what ever I feel like. Pretty cool, I'll keep occupied and the gym for a while can be my companion Gotta look up ...crazy mike
