Food today is mixed and I hit a total of 1700 kcal. The breakdown ended up being: 7g Carbs, 102g Fat, 176g Protein.
Mood is AWESOME.
Workout today was Traps & Shoulders, 20 min HIIT, and 15 min LISS.
Days since last cheat is 23
Felt darn good today in the gym. Had an older gentlemen tell me I should probably not use an Elliptical as it will kill my knees in 1 year flat, pretty funny. He also told me I should not run INTERVALS on the treadmill as that is simply not good. I said "Thank You, I'll think about that next time" and moved on!
