There's an old thread ( mid 2000) in female forum. Female almost died after a week and a half. Hospitalized for 5 days. She didn't think she was gonna make it. Someone rushed her to hospital.
DNP is not to be taken lightly.
You are right Dnp is not a joke like I said I'd never recommend anyone to take it or have anyone read this log and think to take it. I did this purely cause I hadn't seen a Dnp log and was gonna take it regardless. I went from 271 to 253. After a week off Dnp I dropped to about 248. It was pretty good results from the low dose that i used. More than half the time I stayed at 200 mgs. Also never going above 200gram of carbs. So I'm just if I ran a little higher dose it could have been better but to me personally more isn't always better.Originally Posted by GirlyGymRat

Id consider running anything to be honest. Yeah I would run it again but as of know I don't think I will anytime soon. Gonna put a little more emphasis into the other halfs training and gear protocol and get some more mass on her. She really wants to compete in physique so that's what we will work for. We are planning on having kids soon down the line so I have no problem focusing on her right now since I'll obviously be able to compete or whatever the case maybe when she's pregnant.Originally Posted by GirlyGymRat
