    Hello All

    Ok I need to address this issue 'cose it's bugging me.

    Once I am cycling and all is in checked meaning diet + training and knowing this will last for weeks, am I allowed to transgress the diet once a week like let's say if am invited out for a pizza (usually not just one piece of pizza but a medium size + 1 or 2 beers or water but then a dessert alongside) would that damage seriously any efforts put in ? We talking like you know 2000 possibly 3000 unnecessarily calories here.

    What's your thought guys about this ? Is anyone suffering from this when cycling properly ? Do I have to restrain any pleasure then ? I think it's a serious mental issue that needs being addressed so guys am all ears please.

    Yes it's called a cheat day, and actually benefits a reload of glycogen in muscles.

    Just follow it up.with a serious burnout session the following day

    Hello Guys,

    Once I get my HCG (and I read it says 5000i.u that is the equivalent of 125mcg (microgram)) then how much bacteriostatic water must I add into the vial ??

    2ml then dose with slin pin @ 1/10th ml or 10 units on a 100unit standard slin pin.

    This would be 250 iu
    Do this once every 3.5 days

    Hi Obs, to confirm what u saying, so pushing 2ml directly into the vial and then injecting 1/10th ml into my fats ? Is just that 1/10th is literally one mark on the syringe and doesn't seem much at all ......

    Yes.
    2ml isnt much to begin with.
    This gives you 20 doses (10 weeks)
    Should be all you need for an 8 wk cycle

    Personally I would add 1 tenth ml extra just for dosing error.
