I saw these two guys the other day on the power rack doing "no" benches... they put a flat bench under the bar and put the clips just a little bit above the bar.. and would push up the weight and hit the clips... only like 1 inch.. and hold the "push" for a count of 5 and go back down and would do this for 4-5 reps... they said it'd help you get past that sticking point...
