ive never used a suit and I dont wrap my knees.. but If I go over 550+ I use a belt.

damn thats crazy.......i will always wear knee wraps when i get past 405(when im training) because it raises the pressure in the knee to prevent injuryOriginally Posted by bigol'legs
yea i have seen people do this it helps the lockout........i do not do thease though. if my sticking point were at the top i would be doing close grip decline bench or close grip flat bench or use a 2x4 cut into 2 pieces(stack them on top of each other) and lay that across your chest and do the benches(never going all the way to your chest)
