now what I could see happening is the cops after all this hoopla not wanting to look stupid and so they follow up by contacting people on the list and making a scary "we know you use this for bb purposes but if you will tell us about it we will not bother you" so that they can show that he was selling it to people for human use nd get a case on him for selling meds or manufacturing meds without a proper liscense or FDA approval, etc. - not nearly as serious but something so that he will have to plea bargain to some small charge so they can say they got a conviction - of course, when they call all people have to do is say I have no idea what you are talking about dont bother me unless you have a warrant, etc

Yep they could and probably might do that. And that's where I would nicely say "I have no idea what your talking about" and hang up the phone
Still though...he shouldn't have kept customer records, although we don't know how far he back the records go.

I have a friend who works at the jefferson police and said the whole thing was about illegal gbl and they happened to find his personal steroids. I wouldn't be too worried unless I actually bought gbl or real anabolics from them. My friend also told me dea was only there to make the lab safe and the police were in charge.

If I had to guess there are mods working on getting as much information as possible as we speak. Give them some time and I bet you we'll hear some good feedback and advice. I wouldn't worry about anything happening over the next couple of days guys...it wouldn't really be cost effective for the DEA, etc. Even if they wanted to start tracking down buyers, it would take them quite a while before having all of the information put together. Which, by the way, I truly doubt anything else wil come of this for the people that have ordered from them.

im sure everyone including I just took it all forgranted...it was o **** easy to just jump on and order all of your ancileries and clomid in 5 minutes...surely they clean house everymonth or so...or at least shred paper documnts...but thats not what i would be worried about..its the **** computer records

Irregardless of what 'records' LR might have kept, the credit card processing company which LR utilized would most certainly have all kinds of personally identifiable information on hand and I'm certain those records will be or already have been accumulated by law enforcement.

But, those individuals whom purchased from LR shouldn't fret.

Nevertheless, I'm certain Mike, his wife and his 'employee' will be spending plenty of time behind bars. I wouldn't be all that suprised to see, at least Mike, getting life imprisonment, for the sheer quantity being dealt and interstate/federal jurisdiction/charges arising as well as the plethora of state charges.

Moral of the story is stay away from REC drugs!

Even more important than that though is the fact that if you've PMed him, and/or e-mailed him about 'illicit' things, this information could very well be available to law enforcement. I would assume that THESE sorts of individuals would be the 'lucky' few whom would get personal visits from law enforcement, not the thousands of individuals whom bought research material!

I would hope that the moderating/administration team would at least be looking into the possibility of deleting his account and all subsequent correspondence he made via the site.

If you reside outside the confines of the United States, you have nothing to worry about. That is unless you're the supplier from whom he has gotten all his raw materials

i think you're correct, we who bought research products from LR dont really have anything to worry about. The case apparently was based on the fact that they were selling GBL and not research products. I dont think any of us ordered GBL over the internet from him, and that he screwed up selling GBL on a local level and not over the net. in other words, it was fu#& up in his personal dealings and not with his business/internet company.

Dude, for you to get in trouble, you're own government has to press charges. The US DEA has no authority over non-US teritory. I doesn't matter if he shipped you 5000 gallons of GBL. However, the DEA/FBI could tell you're government officials about your involvement, and based on your countries interest/ size of your involvement, they may or may not be interested.

Yeah, I was about to send them a M/O today as a matter of fact. I had the order printed up and everything, but got distracted and decided to wait until tomorrow.

Sometimes ya just get lucky I guess!!

Although there are alternatives, but I'm hard pressed to find one as cheap and with as good of a selection. I just hope the other places selling research chems don't freak out and yank thier stuff.
