    If his stats are accurate there is no reason that he can't squat 405 parallell (sp?)....when I was 16, I weighed 170 and maxed at 555 with wraps and 505 without, these were legit squats performed at powerlifting meets. Can scan you a couple of post meet totals and state meet medals is you wanna call B.S....so I see absolutely no reason that he can't do 405...considering he has been hitting the weight hard in the gym lately. IT'S ALL MENTAL BRO!

How does that competition work? sounds weired. Competitions in our area for schools MAKE you bench, squat, and dead, then add the 3 weights together. Good luck, and dont **** your pants.
