Thanks! I think I have become more dense since I was up at 233 on the one pic while on the dbol but I think I look bigger now but I weigh less.... 227 today after cardio
I think I have dipped into the high 7% range. Did a body fat test on the calipers and I kept coming up today at like 6.7 the 5.9 then 7.8 then 7.1 so I'm just gonna go with the third one. Next cycle starts Saturday.
I made beef and broccoli for dinner tonight. I love me some Chinese cuisine but the gas is awful.
