I ripped out a tub and putting in a ceramic tile shower & floor, raising that window about a foot and putting in a 24 inch wide x 12 inch tall window (that's where the shower will be), pedestal sink and small cherry cabinet next to it.
I'm in a semi older property that I bought a couple years ago to rent out. Now that I kicked out my renters I'm going to redo most of the entire house then continue to live in it until the market allows me to profit...when that will be? No freakin' idea.
