they won't maintain you voland...the whole thing is their parents are usually professional type people like Dr.'s and stuff like that. They make a lot of money, but not enough that they want to support their kids for life. So these chicks find someone who makes a good living so they can continue their easy lifestyle.

it's your breathing...you hold your breath at the bottom and preassurize your lungs durring squats...or at least you should. It creates pressure in your sinuses.
