I've had trouble with my nose today, it bled during the day, it seems I have popped a vessel last Sunday from getting all worked up and having to worry about too many things at once. Tonight's workout got spoiled because of this.

Don't know if it's visible on the vid it should be when I walk forward with the bar but pretty bad nosebleeding fucked up my breathing. I think I could have gotten 2 more reps. One thing that definitely didn't help was four moronic kids standing behind me, glaring at me and grimacing while I'm going all in. Had to clean up my face and the floor, thought of telling them kindly that it is not nice to stare and make faces but who gives a damn, all they did in the gym was sit on the benches while one of them did curls or cable crossovers, most likely they're never coming back anyway. Very unhappy with this despite being a major PR. Planned to do 3 sets squats, 3 sets leg press, 3 sets leg extensions but any more squats or presses would make my nose squirt.
