So far so good I think I'm having some more test flu like last time though this time I got alot of congestion so it may be something else as everyone else in town is coming down with the same symptoms I got. Just one week in and day 8 is tomorrow.

if you have some clen or albuterol you could try running that to help, though you'd have to increase calories

I can't wait to see what happens and if he even competes or bails out. I'm probably hiring Nark for my prep we have been talking about getting it together on another board (ukiron) so I know he will reduce the mistakes etc. and I can hopefully place 1st in the novice class of course.. I personally feel I can be pretty competitive at state level in the open so I'll do the local show novice and city class then maybe junior or open at the state show. We will see after the cycle and what i start to look like
