Shoulders tonight holy fck it was a fast heavy and motivated session.

    Started with hanmerstrength shoulder presses.

2 warm ups one balls to the wall set with a double drop by the second drop 2 reps was all I could sqeeze from a light weight forced reps and negs from there on in.

Then bb plate shrugs unreal same as above

    Arnie presses same as above

Then finished off with rear delt flies

    Then cardio feel epic

Shoulder day is one of my favorites! I think mostly I like the looks I get when I have to clean the dumb elks from the floor to start my set.

Felt like posting a little update on my cut. Down two more pounds in two weeks (202). Not trying to get to a certain weight, just making sure I'm not losing too much. Increased calories by 200 two weeks ago as I started feeling a little sluggish from being on a 500 calorie deficit. In the second pic, I'm obviously doing a vacuum.

    Looking good black.

In light of my necessary rest, I hit legs again tonight. Little lighter than normal and higher rep range. Feel good. Would have rather done shoulders but at least I got one in

Hit shoulders today...finally. Actually could feel the burn work its' way around my shoulders.

    Cuban curls and broomstick stretches
    D'bell shoulder press-3 w/u, Work-3-drop-1-drop-2
    Seated side lateral-2w/u, Work-3-drop-1.5-drop-2.5
    Rear lateral-2w/u. Work-3-drop-4-drop-6
Shoulder stretches off of high bar in Smith machine
    B'bell shrugs-2w/u, Work1-3-drop-5-drop- failure. Work2( behind back shrugs)-5-drop-5-drop- failure.

Still burning...lifted 3 hrs. ago. Very satisfying.

I might should have posted "Cuban rotations", Cape. It's one of fhe rotator cuff exercises Marcus posted up in the last week or so. They seem to have minimized/cut down on some of the clicking and popping that my left shoulder makes....seems to be a good warmup exercise.

Well aside from the injury things are going great! Backed my diet down by a couple items, 8 oz whole milk and a few egg yolks. Stepped on the scales this morning, and this makes the 3rd week that my weight hasn't changed while bf continues down. These diet tweaks have put me right in the pocket to save/add lean tissue while leaning back out.

183 at 5'5, TRT is on point, training progression is steady and consistent, and life is great. When I joined these forums I was 160lbs murdering myself daily in the gym and convinced that a cycle was the only way for me to gain anything else. I never asked any AAS related questions, just did a lot of lurking and researching. Found what my problems were, fixed them, and here I sit over 20lbs later, thinking 190 is very possible before I pull the trigger on that first cycle. Who knows, I may get there and feel that I still have further to go on my own.

Kinda glad I had to miss my upper body workouts this week. On the other hand, my job is preventing me from resting to heal.

Been up and down a ladder all day (which sucks since yesterday was legs) AND swinging a sledge all day. For the past 4 hours, looks like another 2 or 3 hours worth of it at least.

Good thing is, not really having any pain from the bicep area. Hopefully that continues, cause I'm having a hell of a workout and getting paid for it.

Did arms a good warm up as usual

Cable bb curls 9,6,4,2 DD to fail. I did a slow neg on every working rep.

2 set's isolation curls to fail then did neg to fail. The neg to fail was only about 3 each side but just making sure there was nothing left on this move

1 arm reverse push downs 6,4,2 1 drop to fail.

Tricep pd straight bar 8,6,4,2 1 drop to fail.

I am absolutely fvcked guys absolutely fvcked.

Lol we all get like that tbh sometimes taking a break can help. Legs really drain me for a day or two tbh.

But once you get that bang from legs IE the heavy quad feel it is truly epic. I used hate legs but now can't wait for the end of the week for legs

I've been on a lifting high for the ladt few weeks feel like I'm pounding through a plateau at the mo, but that will not last which is why we do this to chase that plateau and smash through it to get that "buzz" that we all crave

Really dropped my carbs over the last 2 days. Muscle started to deplete but still pretty full. Cuts are tightening up only another 2 days and back training. Arms still sore but triceps more than biceps. Feel i may need little bit more carbs tomorrow
