I’m right there with you man. Like Bio said, life happens at times and we roll with it as best we can. Thank God I don’t earn my living with this lifestyle. Lol.

    Back:

3 sets wide grip pull downs

3 sets reverse grip pull downs

3 sets neutral grip pull downs

3 sets hammer strength rows super set w/ cable face pulls.

Strength seems good for having been mia for ~ two months; endurance...that’s another story. Lol.

I’ve been doing drop sets on every exercise for 3 sets. I’m completely toast by my the end of my workouts. Best thing is no time to think. Just lift and go.

Anyone ever superset with dropsets until they are literally on the last plate of 10lbs? Drooling, dripping sweat, and basically retarded?

Yeah, that’s what was talking about. I do shoulder flys, then bicep curls then triceps then back to shoulders. No rest at all just drop them and go until you look funny making faces lifting 5lb dumbbells and screaming lol

Yes, I do it every time but usually, finish with Airsquats until I can't do those anymore. Great feeling of almost dying.

I turn purple. I scared myself the other day finishing with OH tricep ext. Just not enough oxyger for the brain and the muscles being worked.

If I try to log my workout within 30 min of finishing
its just jumble letters and nonsense. So... Pretty much the same as any other time of day.

I’ll usually throw air squats in at random as i head to the next giant set or if I need a pause for the upper body.

The leg press/extensions super set tore my arse up! Probably jumped into that a little soon. Oh well, no time like the present!

Got up at 4am to get my workout in. Also back on Keto solid, feeling pretty good. Started a new job recently so that’s helping with my stress and depression. Keeps my mind busy.

    Leg day,

Went to train legs and do squats, groin felt great and it felt like I could move some actually weights today. Until about half way through my warmup my back started to act up. I can’t win.

    Chest and Tris

Killed a chest workout today, best workout I’ve had in months. On full on Keto diet now and have lost roughly 10-12 lbs since I started. I feel great all over it’s hard to believe I ever went off. I’m doing something different this time I’ll outline it below.

Monday: 24hr fast from 7pm Sunday night to 7pm Monday night
    Tues: low cal day
    Wednesday:low cal day
    Thursday: moderate cal day
    Friday: low cal day
Saturday: high cal day without carbs
Sunday: High cal day with carbs.

My though process is to keep my body from going into starvation mode. I remember going three weeks in full low calorie deficiet and it crashing my fat loss. I wrote about here in the thread when it happened. So if I calorie cycle I’m hoping to keep my fat loss and gains in the gym in a more consistent fashion.

The 24 hour fast really helps me get into ketosis faster and deeper throughout the week. If I don’t it takes 3-4days to get to .05mmol or higher. Where as at 7pm Monday nights I’m usually .05-.08 mmol just before my first no carb meal of the week.

    Back and Bi’s

Another great workout that’s two in a row!

    4ws of 10 Pull ups:
4ws of 10 trap bar dead lift:

    3WS Lower pull:
    3WS trap bar dL:

    3WS BEnt over DB flies:
    3WS concentration curls:
1ws of 10 trap bar DL:

    3WS hammer curls:
    3WS bent over row:
    1ws of trap bar dL:

Basically after the first round of super sets I would do a set of very slow on the negative trap bar DL. Really trying to rehab this groin tear slowly and properly. I only did 135lbs but really noticed my knees being very shaky in the mirror and wanting to dive in as I descended. That would likely cause another reinjury to my groin if I tried to go heavy without restrenghting my base. My plan is to do light Trap Bar DL every workout until i feel stable again.

I think all I want to do for the rest of my life is bodybuild, saltwater fish and make some babies with my soon to be wifey. I think that would be much simpler than trying to be a billionaire.

Heading to the gulf on the 23rd of December for a 4 day redfish and oil rig fishing trip with the woman. I don’t know who’s more excited about it me or her. Either way it’s going to be awesome. If Marcus was there that would be even more fun.
