How much fat/weight have you lost?
how long have you been dieting for?
your carb cycling right? - are you have zero carbs on certain days?
how does your body feel, look and respond on low carb days?

Think ive lost a good deal of fat. Abs feel alot closer to surface when pressing on ma belly. Im weighing around 92kg right now. On may the 1st i started dieting and weighed 102kg.

I starter off with 2 zero carb days and 1 high day. After chatting with you it turned into 4 low days (80ish grams of carbs) and 1 high day repeated. I really like this but i feel worse each day on the lows.

It takes me a full day to look fuller so on my 1st low day i look my best. By the fourth i look very flat. Was considering cutting to 3 low days in mind of that but im pressing ahead with 4 low.. im eating alot on my high days to make sure my metabolism doesnt slow down.

Im happy with my progress. Its only been 6/7 weeks i guess.

Would like to hear any feedback or if you would change anything

Extend the low carb days but don't go to zero carbs, do around 40-45% of your maintenance carbs - start going to 5-6 days low then one day high, the high carb day should be around 15% higher than your maintenance carbs- increase your cardio - use moderate cardio and go with around 45 mins or use HIIT - you need to step it up now that your body will becoming to a wall, you need to manipulate your fat store to burn fat as fuel.

Ill give the extended days a bash. Start with 5.

Need to tighten up on food. Im swapping and changing shit every day. Some days i have eggs. Other days i have higher fat beef Instead.

Im running outside 1/2/3 times per week and doing some cardio after each gym session. Not doing it daily yet though.

    Thanks mate.

I despise my nickname, don't know what had in mind when joined, as much as it sounds appropriate though I'm going to ask admin if he can change it.

I'm gonna say what everyone is thinking: Obs is a sweetheart.

I might be the only one thinking that. But seriously, Obs, "you'd fit right in," is such a cool, supportive thing to say.

Hot damn, getting the jelly treatment tomorrow. My sister is a xray tech and her friend is gonna ultrasound me tomorrow. She is super hot, and it feels really good when she rubs that jelly on my stomach! Shes the one that found my gall stones. Here's some text between me and my sister

Back day was meh, suffered a weak grip. Took it out on rears then hit failure on that fancy reverse fly machine.

    Bumped my T4 this morning.

Considering resting today, otherwise it will be traps, side caps and tris, anything else is sore.

Need to start doing abs too haven't been doing any. Issues is any exercise like crunches and sit ups results in massive and painful cramps after a few reps, I ought to start conditioning the rectum abdominis in a gentler way and do some stretching.

Take a rest if you need it mate. If you really feel you need to do something do some conditioning like a circuit or just some cardio.

Away to gym then to work. Legs i guess.

Hour run late so decided for a strategic rest, charging batteries instead for a more proper attack on shoulder tomorrow, then will have we off.

Well said. Awesome that we have so many people taking part, I bet if you summed up all the advice, the cost of getting it from a PT would be in the high thousands $, not to mention how well we get to know each other and their methods when we follow for so long.

Real men love the burning feeling of salt water in their eyes.

I can just picture Obs now with a sweat band and wrist bands.

Have to disagree, drops of salty sweat getting into your eyes when you are pressing heavy its fucked up
