cocaine can cause the artery walls to inflame and weaken, over several years of hard abuse. I doubt a hard core coke addict would be hanging around in a zumba class. Most other drugs, not so much. I think you're confused what the more common causes are.

There was a woman we used to call "Grandma Tweak" who ran a **** house in town... in her 70's. Her and all of her (adult) children lived there and they all used and dealt out of the house.
