i sleep 8 hours everynight

i sleep deep too cuz my girls say i twitch and talk alot in my sleep.

i do wake up about 5 times a night to pee though which is really annoying

i do wake up about 5 times a night to pee though which is really annoying

getting up that many times in a night makes your sleep patterns very suspicious. It means you aren't getting propper rem sleep in a lot of cases. Your body makes much less piss in REM.

then 5 times at night

I had a little panic attack last night and drank a 2 liter of diet coke while I was light headed and sweating. That was around 1...then I proceeded to piss every 5 min for the next couple hours. Couldn't get to sleep. Felt like death this morning.
