Sure they can help but a a high quality protein will suffice. Now that caffeine anhydrous will make that mixture taste like shit.

big time, i normally take the caffeine as a shot mixed with diet orange soda, cut the bitterness pretty well, i made a 500mg/mL batch of it once in 100% ethanol but the alcohol mixed with the caffeine was disgusting, it had a bitter burn all the way down

thats why i stick with caffeine pills. for a few cents more. you have so much more ease

we did worse then that. we smoked anything. Romaine lettuce, banana peels. we made jail house alcohol and got drunk. lol

it was jail... we did anything we could to make the stay easier

not a day went by he didn't do some type of drug. The caffine thing was out of desperation when he couldn't get any real drugs. he got kicked out of school.

funny thing, we didn't really keep in touch after he left school cause I thought he was a tool. But, while I was living in philly one night I go down to AC
I was all drunk and about to start gambeling and stuff
and out of the blue he comes up to me in the casino
I guess he never finished high school, but realized drugs were fvcking up his life. When he was 19, he went to re-hab and got cleaned up. Works in a kitchen as a cook.
