why not? i don't do bench but i figured i was one of the few since so many people consider it a staple

i have seen gunter and flex lewis both workout at my gym before.... brandon curry has been there... we get a lot of guys that come through

If they ever do that sort of thing in Australia, it's near impossible to get to and only by invite. Have to be part of the "scene", shame it would be great to see him close up.

why would i? i haven't trained or even thought about entering a bench press competition. I have chest/back as well to do. i do do bench press tomorrow but thats after incline dumbbells and wide grip chines

the closest to a proBB at my gym is the 130lb kid in the wifebeater that poses to show off his 13in cannons for the overweight chicks with cellulite walking around the track

jay is not that impressive to me in person. sure he has oodles of muscles but im 6'3 and no matter how wide and blocky he is he still is not "big" to me. wasnt a very happy camper either

we have a IFBB pro daily in my gym..... its pretty cool. but i can't wait to see what the number 1 body builder in the world looks like right now.... he'll probably be pretty massive... offseason soon to be cutting in June, trying to defend his O title
