    Back and bi’s Yesterday morning.

Did drop sets for every exercise, which usually equaled 70-100 reps by the time i was done with each exercise.

    Lower pulley:
    Lat pull down:
    Cable curls:
    Single arm preacher curls:
    DB Bent over rows:
    Pec deck reverse flys:

Insanely intense but brief workout. I had an awesome pump. I think I’m going to do this for legs tomorrow morning too.

Weight is at 204, well into ketosis and my midsection has trimmed up dramatically. Legs are getting separation again. vascularity is coming back but not dramatic yet.

It will turn around sometime. Just have to force myself to keep up healthy habits. I’ve got someone else now to think about. She supports me and has seen me both at my highest and lowest point in such a short period of time. I’m amazed how good not just a woman but person she is. I know she would do anything without question for me.

Overheard two other dudes comment on how veiny I was and the guy was like yeah he’s definitely on. I wanted to say yeah, Tren you fucking dummy

    Back on the band wagon,

Went for a 2mile run with the dog on Sunday and
And upper body get back in shape workout with a 1.5mile run with the dog at 5 AM this morning.

Been out of town for about 2 weeks so that put the breaks on working out. But nicely, a lot of my nagging injuries went away. Hmm, imagine that taking a short break to get caught up...lol

Tomorrow will be Legs, Abs and HIIT.

I have found when you aren't sure about something you should intramuscularly inject a bunch of it.

    Another full body workout yesterday,

Slightly sore in some spots so should be good to go back to a split training regime starting Monday.

Really working on lighter weights but much much longer time under tension. So each rep takes 10-15 secs with a 5 second pause with full bodybuilding stage like pose contraction at the bottom. Pumps are incredible and wears me out. Especially with legs pause at the bottom and come up and contract and hold the quads like a front lat spread. Kinda learned it from watching Mike O’Hearn videos. Makes a lot of sense

    Chest and Tri’s

Back to split training hitting each body group twice a week with a little less reps but much more time under tension.

    Day1:chest, tri
    Day2:back, Bi’s
    Day3:legs,abs
Day4:chest, tris and shoulder drop sets
Day5: back and Bi’s more emphasis on back and traps
    Day6: legs and abs.

Each workout is 30min or less. Cardio after either walking on leg days or walk/run or spring work on none leg days. Going to play with this intuitively based on how my knee feels. Luckily my dog will be by cardio buddy so that should help.

Current weight: back up to about 215 from a low of 190 when I was struggling with life stuff.
TRT: dosage and HCG is currently being worked on with a new doc I found. I’ll keep you updated on that. Currently my total T is in the 180’s since I changed TRT docs and did a PCT. I feel ok but can tell my midsection is starting to chubby up a bit so I got to get it lined up sooner rather than later.

Woke up and my low back was killing me. So did some stretching and tried to walk. My low back hasn’t hurt in 10 plus years. I must have overdone my Monday workout. I’ll try to hit the sauna and get something in tonight

Give me a cure for that please.
One day out of ten is my back in condition to squat.
I have misaligned it twice now doing seated cable rows. I swore off deads and still cant keep it together.

Low back was good enough to get some training in. Not optimal but it’s better than not.

That's being your body is adapting to real training [emoji38]. For me that's the only way to go.

Lol, yeah for sure. I mix it up but I had been on the high volume thing for awhile now. I was having a lot of tendinitis and joint pains. Plus my body had just flat Plateaud and was stagnant.

Been working out lightly the past couple weeks. Developed really bad tendinitis/osis in both my elbows and biceps. Diets been really descent, dropped some weight and looking somewhat trimmer. I’m hoping to get a full upper body workout in tomorrow.
