Also kept my diet simple:
1. 100g oats + 1,5 scoop whey iso.
2. brown rice + 150g chicken
WO
3. 2 scoops whey + 2 bananas
4. brown rice + chicken
5. 2 cans tuna with a salad.
6. Steak with veggies.
tadah!
I'll be starting that tomorrow.
