    I had two or three needles the same way ruhl. They are terumo and are slightly curved. Not like a bend just not straight. It hasnt been a problem still goes in smooth and painless

    Well its a right before bed thing for me. Tuna and casein shake. I had golden corral today and i felt like shit for the rest of the day. I was just in a bad mood about my toes and that i only got a few sets in today because of them so i ate a lot of nasty shit.
