Customer: Do you have this battery in stock? I don't have the model # to the product or give any information that can be somewhat helpful.
Joe: I'll show you what batteries we do have and you decide what you want to do from there.
Customer: You don't have the battery in stock, would you be able to give me a price on it.
Joe: Sorry the company doesn't give us that information. Here's the parts hotline give them a call and they can give you any information you need.
