I think you should cut lower than 10%. Do a prime and try to get yourself in the 6-8% range then lean bulk of course. I did that last time and I added so much lbm to my frame just b/c of that.

when you start to bulk throw in low dose t3 and bump your meal plan for every 2 hours man up eat in the middle of the night and watch you start to catch up to me otherwise good luck on catching up

i revised my cycle plan if you take a look

all sounds well but not gonna throw in T3 at my age when im not competing. especially a low dose which i know might aid in bulking but is usually just enough to suppress your own thyroid and replace what you have lost.
