D, i just go done talking with the guru Pinnacle and he told me i dont need many carbs on off days maybe 150 so to just consume fats that day which would make me need about 1600kcal from fat on those days so that about 25ish or so each meal i have 7 but he told me i dont need more than 14-15grams of fat each meal, how the hell does that work?
