    Well I will do a Simple 30day Mdrol cycle. 4 Days a week heavy duty training w/ 5 days of cardio.
    My Boy Competes and he wants to gain 10-15. so He helps me lose, I will help him gain.

    I been hesitant about losing so much weight but Its the only way to get my full potential. If I can stay a steady 210-215 or so Id be rippy like pippy! Wutever that means! lol
