    here it is i need to lower my cals a little more do get supper lean, im alraedy at 2200kcal and i am very active with my wrestling, should i drop the fats or carbs? droppin fats would put me at 50grams droppin carbs puts me a 125grams

    dunno that id go lower then that. maybe up the cardio even more?

    you can try dropping the carbs to 100 or cycling them even lower on non training days and then bump a little on workout days.

    everything else is dialed in with regars to carb sources, timing etc?
