Not much is up maan just waiting to eat more food. When I go out people always make a scene about my arms ha. Everyone I know is small.

They were 18.75 and that was 6 months ago and I'm a month into a cycle so they definitely sit around 19, with a pump they puff up a lot too. I'm still just sitting at a higher than I want bf so I'm not r1pped by anymeans but they are definitely big compared to my body and compared to everyone else I knows arms hahah.

yeah there about the same as mine i stopped training arms the last month they grow on there own i dont need to train them
