Especially the part about the G-Unit Fitness Street Team and educating children about respecting their bodies through fitness, nutrition, education.

All I gotta say is hold on, this is going to get VERY interesting in the months to come.

Today has been so f*ckin' unreal you have no idea.

I type to you now from the 28th floor of my suite overlooking the Staples Center.

Just got back from a wonderful night out w/my newest client. Man, what can I say? He's such a down to earth REAL person, it's like we're "brothas from anotha motha" as he said. So many similarities in what we do, haters alike, and we have the same taste in just about everything. It was very weird going out w/him being taken around in the Limo and going to eat at "Buca di Beppo's" w/him, choppin' it up, etc. When we walked in everyone knew him, we got seated immediately moving in front of everyone, and got our order taken immediately. I was trippin' on the way people treated us. He introduced me as his "trainer" and good friend and everyone was all up on me as they were on him!!! I was like "WTF"??? So this is what it's like huh??

I was dressed up in all my G-Unit gear. We arrived at a house party FULL OF PEOPLE, and when we pulled up and got out, all eyes on us. At the end of the night, Francis told me that "that group of 8 girls over there on the lawn actually thought that you were with G-Unit as a bodyguard and that I had gotten signed to G-Unit", as he has produced/made his own rap album. Let me tell you that his shit is FIRE!!! I'll have a CD of his music and the full DVD season of Veronica Mars to take w/me. The fact that people thought I was affiliated w/G-Unit was hilarious. He said, "I told you dawg, your all up in it now, there ain't no goin' back. People are gonna know who SwoleCat is dawg, just watch".......

All I can say is let's do the d*mn thing. I'm tired, gonna shower and go to bed. Yes, I have "hood" pictures w/his true people, and I'll have more pics tomorrow after the gym and all that. So, any possible naysayers can just put that hate on hold, take the batteries out, and throw the hater machine away.

Wow, sounds awesome. I wish I still liked rap, so I knew who you were talking about. Haven't been a fan of rap since NWA's last album. I've been listening to classic rock, new rock, punk, and jazz. Jazz is new to me, but the radio station has a show that looks back at classics and tells stories about albums, so I'm learning history.

Today I put him through an arm workout with some traps thrown in. We then went to the Sports Chalet and purchased equipment so he can also have his own home gym set-up, and he's all set now. He's got all he needs. I met about 70 of his friends (no shit, he has a huge entourage) at a Chinese restaurant after they had gone to a funeral for the loss of one of their loved ones. I got out the Limo and walked inside and everyone once again thought that I was his bodyguard . FC told me that one girl from that party last night then said, "see, I told you he was w/G-Unit". She actually believes that because I ride around in a Limo and kick it w/FC that he is working w/G-Unit and that I am w/them as well. He told her "no, you're just stupid" LMFAO, but she still was like "yeah, whatever, you're just trying to keep low pro"......

Whatever!!! Freakin' people can be weird I tell ya.........

Anyhow, I've so much more to tell that I did, but I'll save that for my board and for those who I'm conversing with on personal levels, so to everyone else thanks for your support and for the kind wishes, I appreciate them highly.

know what's funny is like 6 months ago i woke up from a nap and flipped the tube on, and i see this movie where a kid is being chased through an abandoned house by a bunch of hooligans and for some reason i thought to myself, "i wonder if this is kazaam starring shaq?"
