Ive had GWs, in fact im still carrying them but their dormant, once you get GWs its a virus you carry for life, i was told stress and bad hygene activates them from dormant after catching it as a STD, I caught them 14 years ago and they were like cauliflowers on the foreskin that covers the actual head (gland) BTW, im not circumsized. The Genito Urinary clinic (or VD clinic) burned them off with acid over 5 weeks, non painful btw, now this was 14 years ago and they have never comeback, but they are still there mind you, just very small speckles, they might return, might not, but up till now, nothing.

Now the good news,

Im 99.9% certain you do not have GWs, in fact dead certain, they dont look anything like that, they dont itch, leak or anything, they are just there, your inflamation could be a STD, or just rash or something because of the shave, but they def do not look like GWs, and not in that place.

I don't think those are genital warts, i had something like that onece.It is an std but a hell of a lot less severe than warts.Warts can come and go for the rest of your life.
I went to see a doctor who specialied in std's, he picked at them with a needle and them burned them with this liquid.Now they're gone.
