There was a time when this wasnt allowed and much more controlled. During that time we even had a stronger female population visting the board. There was Mod, Vet structure and support from the Super Mods, and "Admin".

I even think we had a debate about it on the open board. No one wanted Carlos to post pics of men fully naked or partially naked, so why is it acceptable for the male members members of the board to do so.

What I dont get is why is it such a big deal to have the girls as avvies? Why do people make such a stick to take them down.

I once had a girl avvie on WCB. One of the mods contacted me to take it down and told they didnt allow avvies of the sort. So I changed it. No big deal, I didnt cause a stir, I just respected the general wish of following the rules they had set in place.

Here's the simple sense to make of it if you will.

It's a body-building board designed to aid in the education of members.

It was never disigned to be a porn board, a light porn board, or a board to host halk naked pictures. I have been going close to 5 years and it never has been allowed and has never been an issue when asked to make amends to an avatar or picture in a a thread.

The avatars were never allowed before and they shouldnt be allowed now. Plain and simple.

The board had a higher female member base...Female members were pissed at the compromising positions women were displayed in.

Male members who viewed the site from work; school (university); internet cafes; public places; w/ family in the room etc. complained that the nude avvies caused problems.

Imagine you come to read an article and a huge pussy pops up.. your fam thinks you're browsing porn... etc.

When you think about who's affected by policy.. you need to think about more than just yourself dude.

Because it doesn't offend you doesn't mean that it doesn't compromise others.

This is important.. since you do not constitute the entire member base.
