Alright i hit some biceps today and it went pretty good, i had disgusting pumps and hardness, it wasnt a great workout since it took me a while to block the pain from the soreness everywhere but once i got the adrenaline flowing i got in a grove, vascularity was sick too, and barbell curls were up 20lb..even tho ive hit these number many times before...heres how it went
barbell curls-55x15, 85x12, 105x10, 125x8, 145x5-up 20lb
dbell curls, 55x6, 50x10 1 minute rests
preachers 30 sec rest 2 sets 85x12
concentration curls 2 setsx12
cable curls 4 sets no rest
i took some pics but i dont think theres much change from last arm workout so ill wait another wk..

I felt frikkn great all day so i decided to go back tonight and hit shoulders and it was worth it!! Without question this was one of my best lifts ever and i also hit 2 Personal Bests...i could definitely feel the MT tonight holy wow!
I felt like a freakin time bomb waiting to explode; it felt like i could snap on anyone just for blinking at me wrong LOLOL!!! it was great tho, i was so jakked up i was shaking and i dont even take stimulants...the lift continued like this morning with incredible pumps, ive never felt anything like it...and crazy vascularity too...
one thing to take note of is that my joints havent hurt one bit, in fact they feel flawless, zero elbow pain which is very surprising, today was dam good, im looking forward to the rest of the wk

Yea i plan to man! im beginning to see a trend tho since i consider myself a fairly hard gainer in that when "on" i really dont gain that much weight, just muscle and drop fat at the same time making my net gain kinda low, not that it worries me as i only go my the mirror now, but man already it looks like ive gained 15lb even though ive only put on between 4-5I dont want to hear about losing...i want to hear about gaining...as in getting completely massive!

Yea i do chins mostly every 3rd workout, in the offseason im generally heavier and cant get the reps id like to for chins...i normally get 12 reps no matter what, and when im down in weight i can do about 25-30...do you ever swap them out for chins to switch it up?
i feel like i make some decent gains when i do that...im just mentioning because you said about no real strength gains...even though im sure there will be some for you soon...
also your var log got me motivited to try that myself...within the next 3 weeks id say...
yea i must say var will remain in my alltime favorite compounds

I hit chest this morning, went pretty good considering i was still sore from the shots....i should have some pics up today, thanks to Faiz for doin a side by side comparison shot that turned out well...here was todays lift...pics on the way, todays weight is 201lb...so im up 5 lbs since i started...
