I eat clean, for my midnight snack I eat whole grain bagels, cause my buddy told me whole grain means healthy and I'll lost weight! I love Ice Cream so I buy the LITE kind. It's ****ed though I just can't seem to drop the lbs. My bro at the gym told me Winny would cut me up nicely do I'm doing that right now.

^^ I know man, its just crazy people think like this,. I just dont understand some people, this chap in my gym asked me how id done so well this year on gaining size. The next day i had a copy of my diet to show him and he was in COMPLETE shock how much i eat.
He told me he didn't realize it was that important and then went on to tell me he was focusing on chest exercises, he told me his friend is really into training and knows his stuff then when he told me he is training his chest 3 times a week i nearly cried. His friend had ZERO clue and was educating his mate on his stupid routines.
I just laughed and had to carry on with my sets.

5' 8" when I was in my 20s I THOUGHT I could not get over 160 lbs MAX. I worked out 5-6 days a week 1 1/2 - 2 hrs a day and ate what I though was a lot only thing is knowing what I know now it was mostly empty calories.
If I had eaten chicken, tuna, fish, veg and other food like I should I could have easily gotten up to 180 in no time.
I was also over training and not training right. My form was not bad but I just didnt now enough.
I would have sworn or bet 1mil dollars my diet was great and I was doing everything correctly.
#1 is diet for loosing fat and gaining lean muscle.
