fawk cal.... i've lost 7 kg in about a month or so. stopped my cycle about three weeks ago, plus the diet here sucks. now i'm down to about 97kg.

it really is critical for the diet to be right, else gains dissapate quickly. hardly wait to get back home to a real gym and good clean food!!!

no but getting the last 2 lower ones are pain in the ass to get....This time I will freaking get 6 packs....although they will he hard to see under all the hair who cares I will make girls touch my tummy.

hit nail right in the head....even though the young ones are old enough to chase after them but taking them to all the freaking appointments are killing me......but at least they are home......

They are doing fine........one wont stop eating and one doesnt want to eat so feeding them both takes 1 hr......otherwise they are doing great. Thanks for asking and not asking abt fatties.....lol

Cause they were premeture they need lot of appointments till doctors are satisfied for example eyes growth head growth, hearing. Older one was have a hole in the heart which is normal but it needs regular check ups....so its check up afer check up and the children hospital is about 40 minutes away one way from my house so drive sucks.....

non left.....got no time....feeding time, changing diaper time, eating time and workout time....thats my life. Remember there are only me and my woman and 3 kids and out of 3 ,2 are twins....... got the picture.
