Buttery, just saw your 1 week/9 lb progress pics.
Regardless of lighting, there is a difference. Also, don't let anyone tell you 9 lbs. is too much/freaky - you're going to lose a lot of water the first 2 weeks before you stabilize at a consistent 1.5-2lbs a week.
I see more definition between arm/delt which is usually one of the first places you'll notice changes, so there's definitely been progress.
This is completely up to you, but I wouldn't do more then every 2 weeks. Weekly becomes tough to see changes, although in the beginning that may not be the case necessarily. I think 2 weeks is perfect though, and then later on as you get really close to your goals, maybe 3 to 4 weeks in between.
Don't you want to keep posting what you are doing? Your diet? and workout? to stay on top of it? Since this is your log.....PLEASE......
