    ya ive been buying alot of chicken and cheapp ass oatmeal with alot of broccoli i think that might be ok for weekends o and alot of yams! those things kick ass!

    Buttery, just saw your 1 week/9 lb progress pics.

    Regardless of lighting, there is a difference. Also, don't let anyone tell you 9 lbs. is too much/freaky - you're going to lose a lot of water the first 2 weeks before you stabilize at a consistent 1.5-2lbs a week.

    I see more definition between arm/delt which is usually one of the first places you'll notice changes, so there's definitely been progress.

    This is completely up to you, but I wouldn't do more then every 2 weeks. Weekly becomes tough to see changes, although in the beginning that may not be the case necessarily. I think 2 weeks is perfect though, and then later on as you get really close to your goals, maybe 3 to 4 weeks in between.

    lol sorry about that, ive been studying alot due to having midterms this week but ill do my best slimmer, ill get today up for ya later tonight
