2 scoops whey
1tblsp peanut butter
4 chips ahoy cookies
1 cup 2% milk

2 pop tarts
150gram chicken breast

Meal 3 :
150g chicken breast
1 cup cooked white rice

2 hours later right before bed I like to have 1 cup of ice cream right before bed

I'm trying to get lean how does that look?
I'm 210lbs 25 and looking to get down to 190lbs is that reasonable? I'm working out right now 3x a week.
