Yes I liked the TV series as well...I liked when Christopher Lambert made guest appearences!

I read talk of a movie re-do! But no lambert or Connery!

Wow. Really I have 77 knives, throwing hatchets or similar for when my guns run out of bullets.

Google the term " brutal intimacy".

Not many can kill someone when there close enough to smell their enemies breath.

I'm not here to throw stones, but any chance someone has to out live another is another day alive. I said that.

I have killed with only an empty 9mm magazine shoved into the eye socket.

    Food for thought.

Do you truly have it in you to do whatever it takes?

I'm not so sure most people do.

Interesting you would ask about killing and the stomach for it. The wife and I were watching an episode of Sons of Anarchy last night. After her bf killed a guy, one of the women in the show who witnessed the shooting three up. My wife asked, "why would she get sick like that". To which I asked, "could you kill a human? It's not easy and many people would react that way."

I've had plenty of blood on my hands, just not from taking a life but saving one. Could I kill? If it meant saving my life or that of someone I cared, yes, I could. I'm just not sure how well I could compartmentalize it afterwards.

I don't own a tv or a computer so I'm as lost as to what was posted in response to my post as you are to my true message.

Maybe AXx can enlighten those still in the dark.

Sorry if I'm out of character, but most of the things you guys watch on tv I have done or seen so it's very hard for me to take everyday life serious after that.

    Good night all...

Probably because i'm a bit younger than ya'll.

Dont get be wrong, I would love a nice flatback, but maybe in a few years, when I get sick of dodging wildlife/cars at 200km/h

    Go Harley or go home.

Riding faster than everyone else only guarantees you'll ride alone.

just saw on the news alot of cities are doing gun buy back to get guns off the street. They give you cash or in some places gift cards. I saw in one area Shopright was sponsering it giving gift cars to their store.

Camden NJ did one this weekend. If your not from the area Camden is probably the most dangerous city in NJ.
They collected over 1100 guns this weekend. When the were showing the pics i saw a few tech-9's in there.

Know that city well. Hell, it's one of the most dangerous in the country. They actually ran out of money during the buy back and gave IOU's!

I have also purchased a Galco ankle holster with a boot expander. I will be carrying everyday from here on out. I do not want myself or family to be a victim. I have a lot of firearms training and I am qualified with a pistol. The prices on firearms is about to skyrocket so if you have been waiting you better do it soon. I have never been in a shooting situation, I do not know how I will react when the time comes. But I do know I want to have a fighting chance. Or, if I can save someone else, I want the ability to try. Thank you.

Try to find a local firearms defense training class that will teach you how to react, so when any situation presents itself, you will know how you will react. Otherwise if you dont have the proper training and you get into a situation you werent trained for, others could be at risk.

I'm proficient in my shooting ,acquiring a target or multiple targets. And know to watch my background. And can shoot from different positions. I just don't know if I will freeze up. I like to think not. But haven't been baptized by fire.

Nobody does Cape...and you hope you never have to find out. The only way to increase your odds of not "feezing up" is through repetative training. The more you train, the more muscle memory assists in determining fight or flight and the more likely you will be to take APPRPRIATE action.

I have faith in you Southern Fried Country boyz! Bunch of turkey shootin Sgt. Yorks
