    Day #2 (yesterday) Was not feeling the best and did not eat my first mealk until about 11:30

    Meal #1

    4 oz. ground venison
    1 bag mixed veggies
    1 cup brn rice

    Meal #2

    2 scoops whey
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal #3

    6 oz halibut

    lunk, the recipe i use for pancakes are as follows:

    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup of ground oats
    1 scoop of protein powder
    1/2 cup of blueberries
    dash of cinnamon

    money!

    heres my recipe:

    1cup oats
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese (1cup)
    200g blueberries (frozen kind)

    blend everything in food processor except blueberries. stir them in at the end. (be sure to thaw blueberries in microwave on defrost)..

    Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup!

    Thery are simailar recipes for the most part except the protein powder vs cottage cheese...hmm I guess I will have to try both!

    Nope, I use blueberry muffin protein powder extended release by Elite/dymatize.

    Vanilla would work fine as I do chocolate as well

    This is very interesting...I had seen you guys talking about pancakes before but never looked this over. What is the prepared amout of that roughly buddy! a cpl decent size cakes or what? My wife would probably have half or even 1/3 of the whole amount based on those macros!

    No but you can scan and type everything in and it will give you your macros without you even putting the pencil to the paper.

    And you can put them in and type homemade protein pancakes.

    I still have to ask the lady downtown to connect me to the neighbor when making a call. My wife uses the app and loves it...I honest use mine for texting, calling and porn! Thats about it lol!

    Meal # 1

    2 pieces of ezekial french toast
    4 egg whites

    Meal # 2
    Large lettuce salad
    4 oz. medeteranian crusted Talapia
    handfull of almonds and cranberries
    yoplait light yogurt

    Meal # 3
    1 large Protein waffle (very good gentlemen...thank you)


    I will add macros and 4th meal later, just wanted to check in!

    sweet! i make mine like silver dollar pancakes so i get like 15-20 of em! havent tried them in waffle form.. whos recipe did u try? mine of cajuns?

    I went with yours as the cottage cheese offered me less carbs that the protein powder! I will def. try RC's next!

    theyre also good IMO if u swap the blueberries with banana and strawberry or banana and walnut!

    I get stronger everytime I walk through the door. Weight training is not an issue...I always kill it! Def. need to ramp up cardio though...I'm sure I must be alergic!

    just had these and have to say they were damn good. Basically what I eat for bfast every day except for the syrup.
