lunk, the recipe i use for pancakes are as follows:
1 cup egg whites
1 cup of ground oats
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of blueberries
dash of cinnamon
money!
heres my recipe:
1cup oats
1 cup egg whites
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese (1cup)
200g blueberries (frozen kind)
blend everything in food processor except blueberries. stir them in at the end. (be sure to thaw blueberries in microwave on defrost)..

This is very interesting...I had seen you guys talking about pancakes before but never looked this over. What is the prepared amout of that roughly buddy! a cpl decent size cakes or what? My wife would probably have half or even 1/3 of the whole amount based on those macros!
