I managed to consume way under what I should be eating as far as calories. Need to our my head together with someone to nip this in the ass

Did insanity for cardio 40 min
Found out results to ct scan. I have kidney stones in both kidneys. I still have to go for either MRI or ultrasound because they also found a cyst/mass in one kidney. Hoping that goes well. Back to going hard. Keeping fingers crossed for the tests and results to that
