So funny but not so funny story this morning.. Last Thursday I bumped into someone while driving and bent my hood, (nothing serious just cosmetic) driver in front was driving like a jack ass and randomly slammed on the breaks for no reason. She came to a dead stop after I have her a little love bump and starts freaking out at me.

Anyway here comes the funny part, she is getting charged with assault with a deadly weapon for putting me and my passenger in harm intentionally. Oh and here's the best part!!! Woke up this morning to drive to work and see a ambulance and fire truck with the jaws of life prying her out of her vehicle not even 30' from my house. I was at fault for driving to close but it appears she is just a shitty driver all around.

I felt bad for laughing. Pretty sure they were ok though. On the bright side it wasn't me who totaled their car

    Anyway lol
Today was leg day, decided to try some hack squats for the first time. Quite a different workout that's for sure. Ill have to look up proper technique, it felt way to awkward.

Ok I'm 192 from 205. Is yours just diet or other items. That's a great loss.

Mainly diet and way to much cardio for my liking. Cut my carbs down to almost nothing 5 days out of the week. Just finished my first 2week cycle of Clen, didn't notice much change other then feeling strung out like a drug addict.

Still working on the belly fat. Slowly but surely haha

Energy seems to be fine, drinking lots of black coffee lol. Strength has its days though, some days I'm super weak. Been trying to keep the lifts as heavy as possible within the 10-12 rep range.

By "no carbs" I mean eating just green veggies mainly steamed broccoli. I'm not sure how the heck anyone would eat away with absolutely no carbs at all.

I'm looking forward to August/September so I can start bulking again.

Yeah we can eat as much broccoli as we want. Like that makes it easier. Lol
I'm still eating oats. Which helps with pre and post workout.

Yea it took me almost a year to find one that wasn't beat all to hell. Too many guys buy them then trash them trying to make a drift car. This one sees the track but only on drag nights. Been tons of fun so far! The JDM 1J is a blast to drive

I was close lol, I think once this one bites the dust I'm going to attempt to import a 1995+ Cosmo. Something about the luxury vehicles with crazy power possibilities makes me happy lol.

Anyway, today is chest and triceps! Looking forward to it, was a slow weekend.

Sorry for the absence and late final pics. We've been super busy dealing with a massive flash flood. Only thing that's been on my mind is having a place to live lol. Good luck to the competitors that got their photos in on time!

No worries, looks like you definitely have higher priorities and I think most of us understand. Hell I missed the deadline by about 6 hrs only because I work nights, working a lot of OT lately and had no idea what day/date it was. lol such as life.
