    Like Johan said, the gyms are quite well equiped. But often the barbells aren't heavier than 110-140lbs :/ And way 2 low music at the most gym :P

    Johan, Aahh. I'm really tired, I couldn't sleep tonight, Kent gave me two funny pills att the gym, så I had a hard time 2 sleep :P
    I saw that you was even younger than me and aiming at -80kg??
    I might see you at luciapokalen 2006 +80?

    Johan; I can't deadlift afain until after my operation, I'm gonna get a Goretex-net stitched inside my my stomach.
    Gaaah, I can't find the english word for pung/ljumskbrock?? So I have'nt deadlift since Januari.

    So nilsson, you may have already answered this and i missed it, but:

    1. How does your diet look (your macro breakdown of protein/carbs/fat)

    2. I read that you run ALA, glycerol, tribulus, and creatine....are you running AS or prohormones like m1t?
