    So I weighed my food... 1lb grilled shrimp, 7oz grilled chicken, fresh fruit 1c (watermelon, honey dew, cantelope), Caesar salad(avacodo, feta, lil dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes), 1.5c green beans, water
