One more workout. Back has really filled out especially up top. Severe elbow pain lately. Need surgery but I also cant stand to be laid up.
Got bod pod appointment tomorrow. Elbow is arthritic and has been hyperextended since 18. You are the expert but I dont think tris are behind anymore.

You posted a few back pics but not in the closing pics? Guess it wasn't needed lol - It's big/& thick - just stating it was more ripped in the beginning photos and that's the only way to bring out the detail on a back imho... it's big up top always including me could get more lower back development!

I used the photos what were posted before and after mate, I cant go all the way through the whole thread looking for photos. They should be posted on one post and at the end before and after pics on one post so its easy. I think in future the photos need to be the exact same pose some standard bodybuilding poses and also same lighting and also some guarantee of the date of the before and after pics being took like a newspaper. You don't need to worry if I missed it or you didn't post in in the right post you won obs lol![]()
I dont think that you realize how bad ass you'd look at 15 % bf
15% is a easy reasonable goal. Easy to maintain once there, and can build mass with out much fat at that % if just simple though is put into diet.
It is maintaining the 9-13% that becomes miserable and a point of diminishing returns

I would have looked much leaner with better lighting. Throughout this comp my bodyfat raised very little. I dont think, I know because I have lived here a long time under this goofy face.
Did pretty good overall, two bulk cycles, and 6 mos of bulking diet, 17.8%
I am not disappointed in the least. I will be back under 15 with ease very shortly.

I think he was just saying that they are disputed. All methods are, by someone. I read a big thing on bod pods being inaccurate and the comments on the article were world war three lol.
The bod pods and hydraulic I think are the most two accurate??? Idk I am new to all of it.
