I have nothing but respect for Ron.. As I know him to be a good Moderator.

I don't know everything that happened, but what I do know is, Einstein was a very respected member of my board. He started up a business pre-selling GH kits using that Rep as reason why he could be trusted. He took Tens of Thousands of dollars in Pre-orders from Members at my board... I don't know what happened after that, Frankly I don't care. He took money for a product he did not deliver on, He offered no explanantion, he just up and ran once the guys started asking questions. That, no matter what his intentions were, is nothing short of theft.

For all of you guys who are trying to weight this thing out.. Please put yourself in the shoes of his "Customers" what if it were you that were out $2-3K... Would you sit back and consider what happened and be okay with the Mere possibility that he had good intentions of getting you your product? Or would you be pissed off and want either your money back or your product.

There is no way around this.. He took money for a product he did not deliver.. If something fell through on his end..then he should have kept enough of the money on hand that he was able to pay back at least half of the $$ to those he owed. This was poorly ran right from the beginning.. and honestly, it falls under the oldest rule there is.. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is... and einsteins deal was just that..too good to be true... and guys forked over their money..and they didn't get anything for it.

I have no beef with any of the staff here, and I like The Mods here as well... Ron, Cycleon, and even the System Admin

So peace to you guys, and I'm sorry that one of your own tarnished all of your reps like this. LMK if there is anything I can do to help you guys out!!!

Sorry but I have to quote one of your mods/members on this issue. I totally agree with Bermich's logic in this instance. I know this is best discussed at AM but sorry I'm being lazy currently I have three boards up right now.

It doesnt help Dabulls rep much but having an accused scammer as a co owner and admin of a board doesnt help the board. Well it actually hurts the board.
For new members who stumble on a thread about the inccident and then see Dabulls status as admin and co owner would raise questions for the entire board. Not a good situation for a new board.
Things will remain the same. The only difference is: Dabull wont have the title under his screen name.

This just goes to show no matter how good intentioned a person seems to be on the surface, people will do anything to get a ahead - especialy with money.

i just read all this and all i have to say is im seriously impressed with our mods. i applaude there fast acting and detective work. i personally feel safer knowing that our mods are taking out the garbage. i thought both of them were great people. but i feel the same way about all scammers. there all phuckheads, and so is einstein now. and dabull.
