    That blows hit me up on messanger if your bored at night...Try having a super hot bath 2 hours or so before bed time as it rises body temperature and as you body cools its a signal that its bed time.. or some warm milk.. The "rubbing one out theory" is not always the best

    The "rubbing out" theory only works for guys. Think about sex...guys have the big "o" and roll over to sleep...girls are wideass awake and want to talk. Girls product oxtocine (sp?) when they orgasm, which is like fuking speed from what I understand. So she just woke herself up 3 times in a row. That is hot though.
