even though this is way off topic whoring, they make peanut butter with flax seed oil and 32 grams of protein per serving already in it. keeps the flax seeds too, just a pain in the ass to mix up. doesnt taste bad either, its called power butter.we have it at gnc but they might carry it at kroger and stuf...i think ill go look now
