only thing i did was front splitter and upgraded the speakers as the standard ones where drowned out by the Vtech especially at 9000 revs

fosk, over here its not a very common car you rarely see 1 thats why i bought it, whereas the boxsters are everywhere

Ive had both..I like the Sti a little more because of the look and the center diff..I bought the evo because it was basically the same car except about
30K cheaper to make into a dragcar..They have been around in japan forever now..The Sti is still new compared to the evo and aftermarket parts are more expensive and harder to find..If anybody cares Iam running a stroked 2.3 with a GT42R turbo, methanol injected, direct port nitrous, and a great tune and so much more in between..

    2001 S4
    2003 denali
    2006 evo MR
    2003 evo
The S4 is bone stock except for coilovers and 19inch ssr's, but still smells brand new..I was obsessed with them when I bought it..My denali, I put some black 22's on and blacked out the whole truck(before rob and big)lol, I really like the truck because Iam 265 and my shoulder is leaning on most the cars doors...I kinda need a bigger car but I like handling and speed..I'll prob just get a new denali next year..The new bodystyle is so smooth anyways..

I own a car customizing shop..Wheels,tint,stereo,screens some performance parts..Iam getting a bigger shop in the spring because my competition folded and I want to add a paint booth and a dyno and focus more on the performance aspects..Ive heard about the chips for the audi but have yet to find one..I'd like to chip it and throw on a new exhaust..The factory exhaust are very restrictive..

I just love high reving cars...that s2000 takes the cake at 9000. The new civic si isnt too bad either I think it gets up around 8200. For a deal when it comes to power the new MazdaSpeed3 is ridiculous. 265hp 280torgue does a 5.8 0-60, I think its the fasted FWD on the market or something. I was looking at used S4's but I dont feel like throwing 5-10k on replacement parts becuase I hear the turbos go bad around 60k.

My cousin just bought a mazdaspeed 3...apparently only 5,000 made in the U.S. Pretty fun car to drive...would choose a WRX for the sake of AWD over the mazda. I could see my sister sportin the mazda
Just throw some KO4 turbos on the S4 and you will be golden

ya, chip that mazdaspeed with intake and exhaust...that would definitely move! I love the nagaro blue as well. I'm thinking dolphin grey with black recaro seats and white inserts for me
If I buy the RS4, it will be yellow with black windows...oh shit I can't wait!!

Why are you stating the speed in miles? Do they not use KM/HR in France, Switzerland and Australia? Just curious

uhm what are you talking about here? lol
my 99 cobra with 300whp(mustang dyno)
    60': 1.7
    1/8 ET: 7.9
    1/8 MPH: 90
    1/4 ET: 12.6
    1/4 MPH: 109

i know guys with 400whp cars running 11's shit i know guys with under 400whp running high 11's

    and the 2nd bold:

stock mustang GT's run mid 13's with 265hp wrx is more than capable of running low 13's stock maybe even high high 12's..well i know sti's can run 12's stock

I'm shocked to see a diverse group of car drivers here.
I would have thought that most "meat heads" out there were into Stangs, Vettes, etc.

My modded 01 M5 does 0-60 in 4.5, if not slightly less.

    WTF??

Please check your factual accuracy here.

Impreza STi was released October 1992, with pre-release models filtering into the market in June 1992.

The Lancer EVO was also introduced in 1992, I believe it was August although can't confirm 100%.

Your quite the dick arnt you..Well since I didn't live in the UK or Japan or wherever you could get these cars in 92, neither came available to me untill recently I think 03 or 04..I don't feel like looking it up..I don't feel like arguing with you..I was going on what I was told by a friend Iam sorry he nor I are not as smart as you and that was nice of you to point out mistake with a ..Try getting a Sti to beat my car in a drag race for the same amount of money I spent..It's impossible, that's one thing I reasearched..I wouldn't want to mislead PPL about what year the Sti was made in Japan on a steriod forum..

Wrong again a 2 second search of the net made me smart like you Jay-Ace you fuc-in noob...It was 2002 the Sti made it to north america
    [edit] United States-spec

    [edit] Rev. B (2002)
North America receives its first Impreza WRX models. They are equipped with a EJ205 engine rated at 227 hp at 6000 rpm with 217 ft·lb at 4000 rpm. Unlike the Japanese EJ205, the US-spec engine uses a Mitsubishi TD04-13T turbocharger unit. In stock form, it reaches a peak 13.5 psi of boost. The seats are the same as the basic J-spec Impreza. The wheels are cast 16” x 6.5” version of the J-spec WRX NB wheels while the brakes are 2-piston/1-piston front and rear with the front rotors being ventilated disks. The gear ratios are the standard export models, but the final drive is a 3.9:1 ratio. The rear LSD is a viscous coupling type. The steering rack has a ratio of 16.5:1. The 4EAT automatic WRXs have a 45:55 torque split with Vehicle Dynamics Control. The car weighs 3085 lbs

Now that I found wikipedia I can travel to different chatrooms and forums to try to put PPL down and make myself look smart because I got picked on too much at school..Thank god for WIKIPEDIA
