Ok im going to update this soley on setting a good example for others reading...i had a delt shot last wed that apparently kept getting worse and worse, i didnt think it was anything out of the ordinary till it started spreading and dispersing down into my tricep and lastly into my forearm and elbow area tonight
Man i just keep getting shit on!...I didnt hesitate tho, i knew what to do; so i gathered myself and went to urgent care and they saw me, said it could be an infection--which it most likely was, then gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I feel good though, nothing weird goin on, other than the massive swelling of my whole right arm. I did the right thing, had no shame in it, and i feel good knowing i was able to make the right choice without hesitating. I cant be sure how this was caused even though i feel that the volume i shot had part to do with it, other than that i will continue to take extreme caution in preparing needles in the future...tomorrow was a scheduled off day anyway so i will rest up and hopefully be ready by wed...later guys

Just got back from biceps....and now im back in business!!! i woke up feeling like a slug but it got better once i started...weights are again back up to a respectable level so it went wellheres a quick shot from today...
Biceps-barbell curls 65x15, 85x12, 115x10, 140x8, 150x5
dbell curls-50x8, 45x10, 45x12, 45x10 1 minute rests
machine preacher 30 sec rests--4 sets 70-80lbx12 reps
2 sets of cable curls

Just a quick update, tomorrow i should be training triceps...my arm is doin much better, still a little swelling but bis went great today so it should follow well tomorrow, i must say the MT is pretty good, its got its ups and downs, im fairly confident that i was able to use it and still maintain decent liver values and i will be getting BW done to see...its the 3 wk mark today and already even with the loss of appetite from the MT ive been able to add some real quality mass and drop BF as well...everything is much harder and the delts and chest are starting to get that 3D look which is hard to depict from some of the pictures...overall its decent tho, like i said, definitely not for beginners and there are better compounds out there simply due to the timeframe that can be used when running safer compounds...as always ill keep this updated...later guys..

Today was decent...about the same as last tricep workout...arms seeing more improvements...should be 100% in a couple more days...here was todays lift...short rest periods...
rope pushdowns warmup-4 sets
close grip bench-135x10, 185x8, 225x5, 235x5
pushdowns against a bench-2 sets 80lbx10-12

Tomorrow is the last day on MT guys...i have back training tomorrow..and some hams, i thought id bump it quick, the MT has without a doubt aided in some good fatloss...i keep getting leaner by the day and my diet is basically the same everyday..with zero cardio. i will try and get some decent shots tomorrow...
